Meeting Minutes
April 3, 2006
Update on reading to children and schedule new times-Charles will work with Angelia McCall to fill more times. So far it has been a great success.
Organize Easter baskets-Marci will coordinate. Steven will create coloring sheets. Any volunteers should talk to Marci.
Discuss Relay for Life-Kay is chairing the event, we need no less than 5 volunteers. Marci, Kay and John have already committed.
Discuss Workforce Event-Amanda is trying to get 10 volunteers for the event, so far she has 5.
Report on Springfest-Charles coordinated the booth with Amanda, they gave out popsicles.
iscuss Concert-Several Bands being discussed, the committee will begin meeting outside of regularly scheduled meetings to go into more detail. It will be down on the Square downtown.
Discuss New Officer Training-We will conduct after one of the upcoming meetings when all officers are present.
Meeting with the President-to be announced.
